Well…The AQI is down to about 100 this morning and that meant I could open this place up for the first time in 3 days and it feels good to have some fresh air in here even though there are still wisps of smoke smell out there…and I’m going to ride without a mask to start the day but I’ll take it with me just in case…slept normally last night and didn’t get up til almost 5:30 but that had to happen at some point after not sleeping much this week…need to get out in 15 minutes to get the rides in before F1 qualifying comes on at 9:30…so the weight work will wait til after I get back..I do like my new coffee table and just realized that it has a retro look like a table from the 50’s that fits well in my 1940’s house….don’t have to cook again today but will have to start planning some meals for later in the week but I’m not sure what that will be yet…still have a freezer full of food so I’m sure I’ll be diving in there or something…it only got down to 80 overnight but there are some changes coming to the weather and it will be much cooler at night with less humidity and I can’t wait…tired of feeling sticky sitting here….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
