Well…it was a boring but okay day yesterday and I did get a few things done so that helped me get past the disappointment of not getting any resume responses or the battery for the walkman….still fighting the poor sleep but I think I may be okay with what is going on now…I seem to have slipped into a pattern where I do sleep for over an hour at a time and that is progress…and there were dreams but they were so jumbled I can’t recall or make sense of them….I do think I’m starting to feel a little better but I think it may be allergies since no cold take 4 weeks to end….and with being good since Sunday, I think my body is starting to thank me…I know I’ve lost some weight and have more energy and that is a good thing….not much to do today…going to do the workout, of course, and then get out on the bike after it warms up a little…should put the snowies on the car but I just don’t like the way they ride…I guess I’ll have to see if I can wait until next week…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
