Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t do much and I am not going to feel guilty about it…I did make some ham soup and it came out really good…this time, I skimmed the fat off the top throughout it’s cooking so the broth is really clear and I hope more healthy…slept okay last night but that was from a cocktail night…back on the wagon today and no more cocktails until Friday…still need to be serious about not gaining more weight since I won’t be back on the bike until May….I do need to get the bathroom cleaned today and I have a pork loin to cook so that will be something…and, the olympics are on again, of course, so that will help keep the boredom at bay…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
