Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I did get a few things done so that was progress…did get the pins on the car greased and it seems to have changed how the brakes feel for the better but we’ll see…I do have back pain and nerve impingement in my left leg this morning and that is really unusual…it is usually the right side that does this so I guess I need to try to crack my back before I get on the bike today….slept really crappy last night and might have gotten three hours total with all of the up and downs…not sure what to do about that since I have tried everything that normally works…hmmm….maybe it was the pain in my leg that kept me up…I know I had a hard time getting comfortable and it is continuing now just trying to sit here and type…..not much to do today…going to do the bathroom today and then watch some soccer later….that’s about it…need some ibuprofen to see if that will help the back but I don’t have a lot of hope…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
