Well…it was and okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done other than lying in the sun to try to even out the biker tan…and races but no cooking or anything else…so that makes today one where I need to get the spiders done at least…there are some big ones in the bathroom that I think are eyeing me….slept okay last night and had a few dreams that were not too good so I really don’t remember them….I am sore and run down for some reason this morning and I think it may be that I didn’t eat enough yesterday…only about 900 calories for the day and that is not sustainable…just don’t feel like cooking or eating….not much to do today…I do have an errand to run this aft and I think I’ll make enough cash today to buy my groceries this week and that takes a little stress away…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
