Well…running a little late today with watching the Moto GP race that just ended…slept okay last night but don’t remember the dreams that I had…forgot to try to remember after I woke up and that usually means I won’t remember…darn….not really very sore this morning and that feels good for a change…I still have pain in my forearms but I think that is from tendonitus that I just live with….it is really cold this morning so the bike ride is going to have to wait a while…had to warm the car up for the first time with the frost on it and I knew it was coming but that doesn’t make it any better…didn’t get much done yesterday so today will have to be different…really don’t have much to do with cleaning all week but the kitchen could use a going over and I think I’ll do that…not much to do today…football, soccer and racing is about it….just a normal Sunday….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
