Well…running a little late this morning since Cheers and Jeers at Kos was longer than normal and I wanted to read it before I got to this…slept okay last night and had weird dreams that had my old, old Motorola flip phone and my new battery booster in it…yeah, and the rest of it was ever weirder but I don’t remember much of it….my back is a little better today and I think the ibuprofen worked to get some of the inflammation down in the muscles so I think I’ll keep that up today and see if I can get a pain free day….didn’t do much else yesterday but I did try to get a bike ride in and that didn’t work with the trail covered in ice and snow…and it looks like I won’t be able to get on it until next week unless I want to ride on the road and I don’t…not much to do today…it is going to be a sports day with the Wings and State playing later…I may even watch the early playoff game, too so it looks like a pretty veggie one for me…two more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
