{"id":11824,"date":"2016-03-16T08:01:00","date_gmt":"2016-03-16T12:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=11824"},"modified":"2016-03-16T08:01:00","modified_gmt":"2016-03-16T12:01:00","slug":"march-16th-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=11824","title":{"rendered":"March 16th"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;it was an okay day yesterday but I didn&#8217;t get anything done but the workout and bike ride&#8230;.slept okay last night but the storms that rolled through woke me up even with earplugs in&#8230;I still feel like I have that darn bug I&#8217;ve had for a week now and it is getting annoying&#8230;.don&#8217;t really feel that bad all the time but still have flashes where I feel pretty crappy and the stomach goes wonky&#8230;.not sure if I&#8217;m eating enough since I have gotten bored with counting calories and just don&#8217;t care right now&#8230;.won&#8217;t get a bike ride in today with the rain and the wind blowing but that may be okay&#8230;got one in yesterday that made me feel better but it took a lot out of me&#8230;.not much to do today&#8230;I should do some cleaning and I might but I might not&#8230;who knows?
