{"id":12235,"date":"2016-06-05T08:21:19","date_gmt":"2016-06-05T12:21:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=12235"},"modified":"2016-06-05T08:21:19","modified_gmt":"2016-06-05T12:21:19","slug":"june-5th-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=12235","title":{"rendered":"June 5th"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;it was an okay day yesterday and I got a little done so that was cool&#8230;.slept okay and didn&#8217;t get up until 7 and that has put me a little behind today&#8230;behind for what I&#8217;m not sure but behind&#8230;.not too sore this morning but I think the yearly pain is settling into my left leg this year&#8230;have been having big pain in my left calf for about a week now so I guess I&#8217;ll take something for it here before I get out on the bike&#8230;I was hoping for an excuse to take the day off from riding but it looks like the rain is done for this morning so I can get out when I finish my coffee&#8230;have to remember that the weekends are supposed to be leisure rides without sprints but what&#8217;s the point then?
