Well…running early today since I needed to get this done before I head out to GH for my yearly beach morning and swim….yesterday was a total waste with the Olympics on but today, I think I’ll just ignore them and do the normal day after I get back here…not sure if I’ll get on the bike or not today…I could use a day off to heal the legs and with the disappointment from the past couple of days, I just don’t feel like doing much…..will fill you in on that one later once I understand what is going on….was good last night so the ride out today should be fun…it is a little cool, though, with it just breaking 60 so I think I may have to put the heat on a little with the top down….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
