Well…I did get to the beach yesterday…but the water was not 74 degrees as was listed on the web….more like 60 degrees…colder than heck and I still have water in my ears…there were clouds of those darn biting flies and I felt like I was in the middle of Africa….the drive out and back was fun, though, so that was something….I was going to take the day off the bike but when I got back here the guilts took over and I got out about 2:30 or so…riding is not fun without the jolt from caffeine that I get in the morning and the overhead sun was just too much…and, they had two legs of my trail shut off to do some repairs and that was just annoying….so, today I am getting back to the routine of working out and getting the ride in early….don’t need to cook today since I have leftovers but I do need to dig in the freezer to prepare for meals later in the week…and make a run out to the market to get some tomatoes….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
