Well….man…I still feel pretty crappy today and can’t figure out what the heck is going on…oh, I did win at pool and had fun doing it….I think I may not be eating enough, again, so today there are going to be no limits on what I eat…other than the years of limiting my caloric intake…that may be hard to overcome….it is pretty cool outside so I do need to wait until after F1 qualifying to get out on the bike….but I do need to get out right after since Michigan plays at noon and I want to see that…will have to see if I can find my gear to wear…and I hope they play better than State did last night…they just looked pretty bad…I did watch the season finale of Roadies last night and I am trying to figure out what it is about the show that I like so much…might have to do one of these later to explain it…don’t have a lot to do today other than sports so I think it will be pretty much of a veg day after the bike ride and I don’t mind that….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
