Well…another wasted day yesterday and there are too many of those lately…not sure what the problem is but there is one…I did get to watch lots of sports yesterday so that was cool but nothing else got done…I did work on the bike but it didn’t work out like I thought…should be okay and we’ll see when I get on it later….put too much coffee in the coffee maker this morning and it overflowed the grounds into the carafe so I had to re-filter it and it is very strong..almost espresso like so I hope that will help me get out of this funk…I did get some good news this morning…having lunch with T today and it will be good to see her….it’s been a while…I do have an errand to run this morning but I’m not sure if I’ll get to it before lunch since I have to wait for the temp to come up to get on the bike…I guess I could do it this aft….more later….oh, I do have a debate one to do later so come on back…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
