Well…feel a little slow today so I think I’ll take it easy for a while until the coffee starts to work….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but a few things here and today looks like the same…although I am going to make corned beef and cabbage for St. Patrick’s day in a little while…starting to like cooking in the pressure cooker and I can’t wait to see how the corned beef comes out….still sore everywhere again today and I think I’ll just have to live with it…but I think I’ll try some ibuprofen this morning to see if that will help….haven’t been on the bike for two weeks now and that puts me back to square one when it warms up next week….but I already have over 300 miles on for the year and that means only 700 to go to get to 30K…okay, need coffee so I am going to get more and then veg for a while…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
