Well….as you can probably tell if you come here often, my output has dropped over the past week or so and I think the problem is I can’t write when I feel lousy…and feeling lousy started about a week ago and is still here to some extent and I’m not sure how long this will go on…I did have a great bike ride but popped something in my left thigh that hurts like crazy right now even with the ibuprofen….probably shouldn’t have gone so hard this early but my lungs were feeling better and I had 4 way street on in the ears and there are times that you can just get lost in what you are doing….and it looks like it will be a day off tomorrow with the rain coming in later today….and, I’m even going to go look at the news and try to find a topic to do in a few minutes…so come on back in a few….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
