Well…there haven’t been a lot of things to see out on the trail lately…until this morning that is….I did see a snake about a week ago and just forgot to write about it…okay, back to this morning…I was on the part of the trail that winds through Kentwood and came across an animal I’ve never seen before…at first, I thought it was a ferret since it looked so much like one but when I got back here, I found out that there are no indigenous ferrets that live in Michigan but I did find that there are little animals called ermines that are native to Michigan and this one looked just like the pictures I saw on the net…with a really cool looking dark brown, fluffy fur…in all of the years I’ve lived here, and all of the time I’ve spent outdoors, this is the first one of these I’ve ever seen…pretty cool….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
