Well….just can’t get started this morning and I feel pretty crappy…..didn’t get on the bike yesterday and that may be part of it…and I may not get on it today unless it warms up pretty quickly…it’s only 40 right now and I won’t go out unless it’s 50 or so….I do only have 300 miles to go until I get to 30K but it seems like it’s taking forever to get there…don’t hurt a lot this morning and that is a welcome change from the back pain I’ve had for quite a while now…..not sure what to cook today…have a pork loin…nope have leftover ribs that need to be used….okay…need to have some coffee and it just finished…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
