Well….have had a little bit of a busy morning so far and the disappointing thing is that it is 10 am and I am already done for the day…I did get out and make a run to aldi’s this morning and got a ton of food for only 14 bucks…I mean, a self-rising crust pizza for 2.69 and avocados for 49 cents each? Got some chicken legs and two packs of brats, too…so the freezer is well stocked again….but, I know I shouldn’t be eating brats a lot since they are not good for you…especially not being able to gt on the bike. I did make some pickled red onions after I got back here…oh, the red onions were 69 cents for a two pound bag…I have been seeing pickled red onions on almost every cooking show for the past week so I thought I’d try to make some….I think they’ll go good with brats and I am going to give them a try with lunch…and, if they are good, I’ll probably make a double batch this afternoon since they keep for almost a month in the fridge….want to try some with tacos, too….okay, that’s about it for now but I may be back for another one later if I get bored or I can’t get the Man U game…the streaming on the server has been down for a while and I hope my son gets it fixed soon….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
