Well….at least I now know I’ve got a bug of some sort…sitting here warm and freezing at the same time and I have been coughing since I got up…but, here’s the weird thing…I felt worse yesterday morning and that’s not how it’s supposed to work…I barely got through the day yesterday with the lack of energy…oh, and I think we tied at pool but I really don’t remember…didn’t work out or ride the bike yesterday but I’ll need to do better today…probably won’t ride the bike since there is snow out there this morning…don’t think there is enough to make the trail impassable but I’d have to go out in full thermasuit and I just don’t want to do that….we’ll see later….I do need to clean some around here today but it is one of those days where I am just going to take it easy to start and see how I feel….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
