Well…haven’t been feeling too hot today after I got back from the bike ride and I’m not sure what is going on…but, I did want to talk about the miles I’ve put on the bike so far this year…went over 600 for the year a couple of days ago and just forgot to do one of these on it….and over 450 of those are on the new bike in the past month…and that’s with taking a couple of days off with the cold and rain….I didn’t even get on the bike until the third week of April last year and I should be to 700 miles by then this year…so, I’m way ahead of last year and may be able to challenge my top year of 4143 miles….who knows?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
