Well…have been sitting here staring at the screen trying to figure out how to start this one….it should be pretty easy after doing more than 6,000 of these but it’s not…I did sleep okay last night but have had this malaise for the past few days that I think may be depression again and I am not looking forward to that…I did get a double in on the bike yesterday and I was planning on trying that again today but my left leg is just too sore for that…didn’t get anything else done yesterday but I am going to try to clean a little today since I tracked mud in on the new shoes and it is all over the carpet….I need to get out sometime to look for some new shoes with the old ones worn out…but not until next week…just don’t feel like doing that right now….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
