Well….running on time today even with doing the grocery run…woke up feeling pretty crappy today and that is a continuation of how I felt all day yesterday…just had no energy and felt off all day…not sure if it’s a bug or not but it sure feels like one….we’ll see how it goes today…I did try to eat enough since it felt kind of like I was short on calories the past few days….one of these days I’m going to take a day off the bike and fight the guilt from it….didn’t get much done yesterday and today looks much the same…I should clean some and I might but it is still so damn humid that I’ll be sweating through everything in about 5 minutes….I’m still pretty sore from working on the car but it seems to be getting a little better….my hands are still pretty beat up but better today, too….not much to do today….going to get the bike ride in soon but I need to finish the coffee first….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
