Well…running really, really late today and it’s because I had my first flat on the new bike and had to walk it back 4 miles…and that was not fun with wet shoes and socks…have a huge blister on my left little toe that is going to hurt all week…but, I’m glad I had the chance to walk in these new shoes before I go to NYC so I won’t have to take them if they will blister my feet…I guess I’ll go with the new Sketchers instead…have been up since early with the storms waking me up at 5:30 but I think I slept okay before that….had an okay day yesterday but didn’t get a lot done and today looks the same with the F1 race and then Man U and then two more races on this afternoon….I did change out the tube on the front of the bike and put the tire liner in to prevent any more flats…I found what looked like a piece of black glass stuck in the tread…I had been thinking about when the first flat was going to come…got to almost 2400 miles before that first one but now I have to think about the rear going flat…I may just put the liner in this week…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
