Well….after the debacle of the flat tire and the 4 mile walk home, I decided to abuse my body some more and go out and do another 15 miles this afternoon…that was a mistake…well…not really a mistake but I didn’t take into account that it is much hotter this time of the day and I went out as hard as I could…and that caused my body to go into limp home mode for the first time this summer…about 3 miles from home, I started to have a problem with my lungs and couldn’t get enough air so I had to stop at the top of the last climb to catch my breath and that never happens….so, I went just hard enough to get home and then into a cold shower to try to dump the heat that had built up…..still feel pretty lousy right now so I think I’ll take the rest of the day off and watch some races…..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
