Well…ugh…up at 5:30 again today and I feel so damn worn out that it’s like I haven’t slept at all…would love to sleep in til 7 at least one day…and this getting up early just gives me way too much time to be bored before the sun comes up and I can get on the bike…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done but the grocery run and a little cooking…and, I don’t know how much motivation I’ll have to get things done today…but I’m not going to think about that right now….I do need the coffee to work for a while before I even contemplate that…at least my neck was better yesterday and just feels a little stiff today…still trying to figure out how I hurt it and that seems to be a theme lately…trying to figure out why I’m sore all the time everywhere…damn, I feel old lately…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
