Well…the new normal reared it’s ugly head again this morning with getting up at 5:30 but it took almost an hour to get here after needing a glass of water and to read the news some…the tendonitis that I normally have just showed up for the first time this year in my right elbow and it hurts like crazy this morning…I wonder if it’s related to having to pull on the brake lever so hard on the bike…and, I’ve had cramps in my right calf the past couple of days, too, but I think that’s from not eating enough so I can try to fix that today…I did have a nice drive back from pool yesterday, which I think I won, with the top down but it was raining on the way out and I didn’t mind it being warm in the car with the top up….the new plugs have made the car run so good I wonder why I didn’t put them in earlier…hmmm….didn’t get anything else done yesterday so I’ll have to do better today…the fridge still needs to be done so I am going to try, for the 5th time, to clean it today…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
