Well…running really early for a Thursday but I was up early so I thought I’d get this done before the grocery run instead of after…I’ve been good for a few days now and it feels okay to wake up with a little energy…but, just a little bit, I won’t have coffee until after I get back so that jolt will have to wait…my BP machine croaked yesterday so I’m not sure what it is this morning…and it was so cheap that it costs less to just buy another one than to send it back for warranty replacement….so, I’ll probably do that today since I got used to checking my BP every day…it was never really too high so maybe I can wait a bit….I really do need to remember to take some ibuprofen before I get on the bike again today…did that yesterday and was not sore at all after the ride and that was welcome after how I’ve been creaking around here lately…didn’t get much done yesterday other than screwing around with some equipment but I am going to clean today and recycle some newspapers and will feel good if I do get that done…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
