Well…running a bit late this morning and just can’t get moving…had luck going back to sleep after getting up for the first time at 5:04 so that puts me late but that’s okay…what the hell do I have to do? Had an okay day yesterday and a long bike ride and it looks like I’ll be able to do that again after the rain stops this morning…the trails were clear of ice yesterday…almost…so this should take care of the rest of it…it was nice to finally not have to think for every foot and get back to the mindless, thinking rides that I like…I did go over 3300 miles a couple of days back and now the goal is to finish the year strong and get to 3400 for the year…and that’s just on the new bike…I guess it’s not new if it has 3300 miles on it…I do need to work on the shifter since it’s still hanging up on the 6-7 shift but I think it’s just dirt so I’ll soak it in lube before I go out…didn’t get anything done yesterday but the grocery run…just can’t get motivated lately and I hope I can work through that today and get some general cleaning done…or not…who knows?\u00a0 More later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
