Well….finally got a bike ride in this week and it was cold but it felt good…but, it didn’t help fix my problem that politics is killing me and turning my brain to mush so I think I’ll take today off from writing about the idiot boy and his cronies and just noodle around a bit to see what happens. Yesterday was the 50th anniversary of the release of Led Zeppelin’s first album…and yes, I said album, and that is hard to imagine since it still sounds fresh and I listen to songs off it every day….it’s depth and longevity is still inspiring people today and even millennial rockers are trying to copy the sound…and getting good press for doing it but there will never be any more than a pale imitation of Zep. It was Donald Fagen’s birthday yesterday and if you’ve been here at all, you know how much his music means to me so I won’t go on about that again…just let me say happy birthday, Donald.
