Well…damn, woke up this morning with pain in my right Achilles tendon and I’m not sure how that happened…but it hurts to walk and the only thing I can figure is that I hurt it on the bike ride yesterday…slept okay last night…kind of…but my left shoulder woke me up with pain and who the hell knows what that is about…I am getting a little frustrated by the whole pain thing but at least my right shoulder appears to be improving so I guess that’s something…but, I did have to take something for the pain last night so we’ll see if it’s improved enough to stop that today…it does look like yesterday was the last riding day until spring and, with how cold I got on the bike yesterday, that’s okay with me…will get back to riding Tuesday when the trainer gets here…didn’t get a lot done yesterday and today looks about the same but I am going to clean a little around here…that’s needs to happen since I made the mistake of leaving my glasses on when I was cooking yesterday…the kitchen looks okay without them but not with them….so that will be the goal today….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
