Well…running a little late this morning and there is really no reason for it…I did have a back spasm that felt like being stabbed\u00a0 when I got up and it still hurts like crazy and that is pretty strange since it hasn’t hurt at all for weeks now…slept okay last night but feel pretty worn out this morning so I think I’ll just ease into it again and see how I feel as I wake up…at least I can feel some progress in my shoulder and that is a welcome change….I did watch the SpaceX launch last night and I had never seen a night launch and landing before so that was pretty cool….it never gets old watching that stuff even after 60 years of it….got some split chicken breasts from Meijers yesterday and they made me laugh…I mean 4 breasts weigh 6 pounds? The things are huge and I’ll probably be able to get three meals out of each one….other than the grocery run, didn’t get a lot done yesterday but I will have to do better today…have some errands to run later this morning and then I need to clean my kitchen counters and the sink just so I don’t feel guilty about being lazy again….it looks like another crazy weather day for Sunday with some snow and with wind gusts of almost 60 so I think I’ll plan on a hibernation day and just veg out…hope this is the last gasp of winter…I am getting a little antsy to get out on the bike and see the trails again….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
