Well…running a little early today with getting up at 5:14 again…there seems to be a pattern with that time with getting up around then almost all the time but I’m not sure what it is yet…feel pretty lousy this morning and I hurt everywhere…noticed that yesterday afternoon and I am still trying to figure out why….haven’t done anything out of the ordinary or changed my workouts at all so that is a little confusing…oh, well…had an okay day yesterday and finally got my bathroom cleaned so today will the be the kitchen’s turn or maybe vacuuming…not sure yet and I don’t really want to think about it right now…I did get the grocery run done yesterday and bought my first red meat since last September…just getting damn tired of chicken all the time and I don’t think a few pork chops will kill me…and at 99 cents a pound, I couldn’t pass them up…so there may be pork chops in the next couple of days but I have some leftover chicken that needs to be used up first…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
