{"id":17922,"date":"2019-03-09T15:37:13","date_gmt":"2019-03-09T20:37:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=17922"},"modified":"2019-03-09T15:37:13","modified_gmt":"2019-03-09T20:37:13","slug":"500-miles-on-the-bike","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=17922","title":{"rendered":"500 miles on the bike&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;don&#8217;t really feel like doing one on politics today&#8230;just feel exhausted and have just been able to get up off the couch and move around for the first time today&#8230;well&#8230;not the first time&#8230;I have been on the bike twice today and that was a lot of work&#8230;but, I did get to a kind of a milestone on the bike today when I got to 500 miles for the year&#8230;with the majority of of that being indoors on the trainer after getting in a hundred miles or so before the weather got bad and closed the trails. I do like the idea of just walking across my place and getting on the bike but I am getting antsy to get back outside&#8230;I don&#8217;t miss being cold at all, though, and I may just wait to go out until after it gets warm enough to go with light gloves and no stocking hat.
