Well…another damn time change and it’s going to take me all day to get used to it…I think the spring change is easier for me but we’ll see as the day goes on…slept normally for me and that means I am a little worn out right now before I get at the coffee and I hope that will go away in a while…I am going to take a rest day from the bike today with riding twice a day every day last week and my legs do need a rest to stop the low grade pain I’ve had all week….and I hurt everywhere again this morning so resting should help that, too…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done but watch soccer and races and today is going to be the same with Moto GP and soccer that starts at 8 and then two more soccer matches ending with Man U at 12:30, then into the indy car race and Napcar later…so, I’ll have background noise for the whole day…I really should clean some, too but I’m not sure how motivated I’m going to be…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
