Well…made it all the way to 5:37 this morning and that is just not enough sleep with not getting to bed until almost 12 last night….feel pretty crappy right now and I hope that goes away soon but I’m pretty sure it won’t…have been exhausted for the past week or so and that is getting really old…and the disruption around here with them patching the holes in my ceiling and putting in the new disposal is\u00a0 a pain that will continue today with more ceiling work to be done…just want them to finish so I can put everything back in it’s place and get things back to normal…I did get a nice bike ride in with no fleece yesterday and it was quite early for that this year…but, it looks like the weather is going to be changing back to cold starting tomorrow and that is a little depressing…but it’s Michigan so that is to be expected….didn’t get much done with all of the crap going on around here yesterday and today looks the same…I do need to run out and get some chicken at Aldi’s later and get a workout in but that will be about it for the day if I continue to feel this lousy…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
