Well…another 4:54 morning and I am getting damn tired of them…that makes about 4 1\/2 hours of sleep and I am going to be hurting later today…oh, well…and I am hurting damn near everywhere again…it struck me yesterday that the pain is almost the same as it was when I had to give up running and I think it’s from too much riding but I am not going to give that up too…doesn’t hurt too much this morning so I think I’ll live through it…they did bring my new appliances yesterday and it is going to take a while to get used to the new noises they make…the basket of the washer is big enough to put almost all of my clothes in at once and that is kind of weird…and they have all kind of sensors on them that set the temp and water level and that’s almost too damn modern for me…but, I have clean clothes so I guess that’s all I needed…didn’t get much done yesterday and today looks the same…I do have to do the grocery run and get a bike ride in but that is about it…my bathroom needs a cleaning so I may get to that today…but who knows? I’m not too motivated right now but I can’t have coffee until after I get back from groceries…and that will be an hour and a half…damn, I hate getting up early…more later..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
