Well…another month starts and I’m not sure what I think about that…slept okay last night but the storms that rolled through around 3 woke me up even with ear plugs in…and I stayed awake for a while to see if there were going to be more but no such luck…maybe this afternoon…feel pretty sore almost everywhere today and the tendon pain has settled in my forearms and that is pretty weird for this late in the year…and I can understand the pain in my crash shoulder but having similar pain in my left leaves me scratching my head….oh, well….I did get a double in on the bike yesterday but I’m not sure if I’ll do that today…I think I may just do one early this morning and then clean instead to let everything heal up some…and I do need to cook today since I used up all the leftovers yesterday…might make some stir fry chicken or the last of the red meat that I dug out of the freezer yesterday…haven’t had any pork chops in a long time so that may be nice for a\u00a0 change…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
