Well…back to crappy sleep again…up at 5 again this morning and that is so disappointing because I know that will hit me later in the day and I’ll be exhausted…and what little sleep I did get was on my right eye so my sight is blurry this morning…bitch, bitch, bitch…okay, I’ll stop that now….part of that could be that I cut back on allergy medicine yesterday and my eyes feel scratchy this morning….but, I don’t have a lot of pain so I’ll take that…it was going to be a day off the bike but it’s not raining right now and it looks like I have a dry slot that is going to last until almost 11 so I think I’ll get out for an easy one here in a few minutes…it’s just too damn hard to take a day off the bike unless it pouring or there’s lightning…didn’t get much done yesterday but I am going to cook and clean today as I watch the women’s world cup and some races later today….need to fire up the instant pot for chicken and veggies later to use some of that 10 pounds I bought last week….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
