Well…so much for the new schedule working…got up at 6 but just couldn’t get to the point where I wanted to do one of these…so, I got on the bike first and still don’t feel that hot…part of that may be that I didn’t have coffee yet so we’ll test that right now with the first cup…slept okay last night but getting on the bike was a chore…much more work than I like and it feels good to be back here on the couch…I did get out to get my hair cut and run some errands yesterday and I need to get out and run a couple more today…need to get out to DD to get some chicken for 99 cents a pound so I’ll have protein for the rest of the week…the marinade I made the other day came out really good so I am going to modify it a little to make some chicken tacos…just going to add some chili powder and maybe a little cayenne…need to make something new since I am getting bored with the normal stuff…not much to do today…I should clean but probably won’t…just have no motivation right now so we’ll see…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
