Well….5:17 just doesn’t work for me…feel pretty worn out and the coffee isn’t working yet so I guess I’ll have to just wait it out to get moving…slept okay last night but with the developments of last night, I tossed and turned quite a bit so I may have to take a nap later…if I can…I am going to to the grocery run today since I ran out of a bunch of stuff yesterday and I don’t want to be out in the store on the 4th…but, it’s too early for that right now so I need to just stall for a while…I got soaked on the bike on the morning ride yesterday and everything was still wet for the afternoon ride…had to wring out my riding gloves they were so wet and putting my feet in cold, wet shoes was no fun…but, it looks like no rain for today and I’ll only get one ride in today with having to head over to the west side…I did get out for some errands yesterday morning and got some weird seasoned ground meat that has sirloin, brisket, and other good cuts in it for 1.49 a pound so I am going to fall off the red meat wagon later today to see if it is any good…if it is, I’ll probably head out to get a couple more packages Friday….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
