Well…feel pretty beat up this morning after working on the house all day trying to get the weeds and grass taken care of…used a bunch of new muscles that hurt like crazy today and my allergies are terrible with being exposed to everything I’m allergic to all day…and getting up at 4:30 didn’t help so I think I’ll lay low most of the day after the bike ride…and I’ll drag myself out here in a few minutes to get that done….with being gone all day, I’m sure I was under on calories yesterday so I’ll have to make up for that today…not sure how but I’ll have to try or feel like crap later….I know I have no energy right now so I’m hoping the coffee will work soon…I’m glad I got the grocery run done yesterday so I can kind of ease into it today…not going over to do any work today but will go tomorrow so I think I’ll be back to one bike ride a day from now on…getting too old to load my body with two rides and lots of physical labor…and the no sleep is confusing since I was just exhausted last night and should have slept soundly…oh, well…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
