Well…that was a little better…got up at 6:05 but feel pretty crappy after beating on myself at the house yesterday…all those muscles that I don’t use anymore are screaming at me and I’m sure I don’t like it…slept okay but my allergies are the worst they have been this year and I can’t breathe…just want to take a day off of everything and just lie on the couch and watch the TDF and the other races that are on today…but, I won’t…I need to get a ride in here in a few minutes and try to do a second one today but I’m not sure about that…with all the time over at the house, I didn’t get anything done around here and I need to do some cleaning today but there is not even a little bit of motivation that I can feel…so, I think I’ll just play it by ear and ease into it…man, I feel lousy right now…coffee, I need coffee…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
