Well…another crappy night of sleep and I am just damn exhausted…one good thing is that it’s been two days in a row without any crickets in here so I guess that’s something…they are just damn annoying and there were days I killed 6 or more of them….just glad they are not the ones that make cricket sounds…that would be too much…it was an okay day yesterday but I only got one bike ride in with all of the sports that were on and the fact that I had no motivation at all and you can see that by the fact I didn’t come back for another one here…I do need to get a little discipline back to start getting things back to normal but that won’t happen until I get the house issues fixed…and I know I need to eat more but I’m just not interested in planning anything right now…I will get on some cleaning today since the bathroom and shower needs work…well..the whole place needs work but I need to start somewhere…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
