Well…damn…a 4:57 morning and that is with getting to bed at 11:30 and being up and down all night…oh, well…but, I’m not too sore this morning so that’s something…and I had an okay day yesterday with getting two bike rides in but not doing too much else…oh, I did get the microwave cleaned on the way to cleaning all the counters in the kitchen and the stove top…and, I should do the floors, too but I’m not sure I’ll get to it today…or maybe the bathroom…who knows? I am going to cook today with all of the leftovers gone but I think I’ll do the instant pot later…did a dry marinade on some chicken breasts over night and want to cook them for lunch to see how the rub tastes…I may even make some homemade fries to go with them…haven’t done those in a while….It’s kind of a pain to have to wait to go out on the bike until it gets light and that time comes later every day….need to get out before 7:30 so I can get back here before F1 qualifying starts around 9 and it is still cold out there, too….hope we get one more warm spell before it turns to fall…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
