So, I ranted to my doctor a bit that I eat right and after we talked a bit, he is pretty sure that my case was caused by chronic dehydration from riding the bike so much and working on the house&#8230;.so, it looks like I have the next three days\u00a0 off everything until the medication he gave me starts to work&#8230;and I have to elevate my foot and drink as much water as I can stand&#8230;one good thing about this whole mess is that the doctor visit and the prescription only cost me 13 bucks so I kind of like my health insurance now&#8230;.this is my first prescription in almost 20 years and that is kind of weird&#8230;at least now I know that it is not a broken bone or bone cancer or something like that&#8230;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;got to the doctor and found out that the pain in my foot is gout&#8230;yep, I have the condition that people get from eating rich foods&#8230;and I never eat anything like that.
