I haven&#8217;t felt that good in a while&#8230;getting back in the saddle, working the shifters, and throwing the bike around with a huge grin on my face was just right&#8230;it was a nice way to put a coda on the end of the year. I can&#8217;t believe how fast my lungs have lost their fitness&#8230;no problem with the legs but it was hard to breath at times&#8230;I know, I&#8217;m 57 but that shouldn&#8217;t matter&#8230;and it doesn&#8217;t in my head.
