Well…running late this morning with trying and trying to get some sleep all night and finally giving up at 6:30 or so…it was nice to hear the rain all night but that was the problem…I was awake to hear the rain all night….needless to say, I’m pretty worn out today and just can’t get moving yet…just started with coffee so maybe that will help in a while…I am going to try to just take it easy today and get to the rides when I get to them instead of getting antsy since I’m always out for the first ride by now….I am going to continue using the electrolyte powders that my daughter sent me before I go out since they may be helping some…at least my legs didn’t go flat at all yesterday and they should have if they followed the normal pattern…didn’t get a lot done yesterday but work on the downstairs project but that took a couple of hours and hurt my hands even more…it’s a little weird that the part of me that hurts on the bike the most is my hands and I have to keep flexing them through the entire ride to keep them from going numb so I can’t shift….maybe an ibuprofen before I go out today? Not much to do today….I need to clean and cook\u00a0 and I should mow the lawn but that can wait until the grass sucks up some of the rain and grows some…I am a little surprised that the power didn’t go out with the rain last night since it doesn’t take much to have that happen but the coffee maker started on time so it must have been on all night….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
