Well…as you could see, my site was down yesterday and my son just got it running again right now so I need to get to work and get caught up…so here goes…had an okay day yesterday other than the site problems and got a lot of work done…painted the railing around the flat roof and that was 3 1\/2 hours of\u00a0 pain since I had to bend over to do it…my hamstrings and back were screaming at me all day yesterday and they are both stiff today…should be worse tomorrow so I need to to get out in front of the pain…you know, I really miss it when I can’t come here in the morning…it helps me to get my brain started and it leaves a hole in my life that I don’t like…just feel uncomfortable when I can’t do these…slept okay last night and really feel okay today…and the first ride was a good one but I went out too fast and that left my legs pretty flat by the time I got back here…I did get back from Los Angeles a couple of days ago with getting to 4310 miles and only have about 250 miles to get to my record for a year…that should come up next week if the weather cooperates…not much to do today…I do need to mow the lawn and get started on re-seeding the front lawn since it is looking pretty crappy and bare even though I’ve been watering and feeding it….not sure if I’ll do a second ride today but I just may since I have to wait for the lawn to dry out some anyway…but I need to finish my bagel and coffee first…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
