Well…that was a little better…didn’t get up til 6:24 this morning but I didn’t do anything different so I’m not sure if that’s repeatable…I did put earplugs in for the first time in a while last night so I wonder if that’s it? Think I’ll try that again tonight just to see….still coughing this morning and I had really hoped that I was healing up since it had been better yesterday afternoon….just can’t wait til I can take a full breath and not feel like I’m suffocating…I think it didn’t help working on the linen closet doors downstairs yesterday and making lots of dust sanding them….I did have a mask on but that doesn’t seem to help much….didn’t get on the bike for a second day yesterday with all the rain and the temp not getting over 37 but I am getting out today but I’m not sure when that will be since it is only 33 out there right now and I do have to do the grocery run this morning….one good thing about not riding is that my legs don’t hurt at all today but being off for two days is going to set me back on fitness and I’ll have to take it a little easy…have thought about making it a two ride day but Man U plays this aft and the nascar race my finally be run at 3 so I think it won’t fit in my schedule…not much to do today…I need to get the filler sanded on the doors I worked on yesterday so I can paint them later in the week but that should only take a few minutes since I got the hardware off of them yesterday….then just the normal stuff….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
