Well…what a whipsaw of a day…I was going to run out and look at a house but when I pulled it up to get the address, it was already sold so I was pretty depressed all day until another listing came up that I might just want…okay, update…just talked to my brother and we are going out to take a tour of it tomorrow morning…this could be the one…it’s an old house but 1600 sq ft….needs work but at 110k asking, I think it’s a pretty good deal and my brother thinks I may be able to get it for 100…even has a two stall garage which I wanted and city water and sewer along with cable so I can get internet…and it’s empty so I could move in at close…oh, and it’s on double lot that is combined .6 of an acre and is close enough to bike trails that I can ride to them….and I can move in and work on it from there since it is essentially livable….it’s been empty for a year so that might affect the price some….so, I’m a little excited but will probably be disappointed when I see it…now I need to think what is acceptable to me and will probably just buy it no matter what…oh, and it has a front porch and a sun room on the back of the house….and, it’s only 20 miles from Ada so I can shoot pool when the pandemic is over….oh, and it’s on a side street so it should be pretty quiet….damn…I sure hope this works out….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
